The Crusaders JV team capped off a magical season with an exciting 2-1 victory over Msgr. Farrell of Staten Island in game 2 of the CHSHL finals. This is the first time in school history that the JV has won the title or even made it to the finals. The road was not always easy. After an easy quarter final game, it took an overtime shootout to get past a determined Iona team. But the ghosts of the past didn't haunt this year's team and all the bad luck seemed to be lifted as Steve Yankowski scored on the 10th player of the shootout to get the win.

The teams' league record of 13-1 is a school record and are a credit to the players.

Congratulations and thank you to all the players and their parents.
